What is Hacked Snacks? 

Hacked Snacks is a start-up company located in Draper, UT. We are committed to providing you with not only the best snacks on the market but also ones that are PFC-balanced. Thats' protein, fats & carbs for those who dont know. We officially launched our new site end of July 2018 and are hoping to spread the PFC revolution across the nation.

What does PFC-Balanced Mean?

Protein, fats, and carbs (PFCs) are all macronutrients. We need a lot of these nutrients in order to live a healthy and balanced life. Eating a snack or meal with balanced PFCs every 3 hours is proven to balance blood sugar, protect muscles, and trigger the body to consistently release stored fat.

How are Hacked Snacks Products Processed and Made? 

All ingredient information is available under the “Nutritional Info” page. All of our products are made in a FDA- accredited facility in Ephraim, UT. We use the highest quality of Whey Isolate Protein in all our products and do not use sugars or rice as fillers.

How Do I Enroll in a Subscription? 

To enroll in a subscription, you simply select the box, your desired flavors, and the frequency of your subscription. We make it easy by including it in your checkout flow. Once you've checked out for the first time you can then login to change your subscription ship date, customize the products each time & fully control your balanced snack subscription.

How Do I Manage My Subscription? 

Hacked Snacks leaves all the maintenance of your subscription in your hands. You can change the flavors on upcoming subscription orders, skip a month, change the shipping address, and cancel at any time. You can manage your subscription by logging in to your Back Office, selecting “Order Management” on the left-hand side, and then clicking on “Manage Subscription” under the “My Account” header.

How Do I Log In to the Back Office? 

In the upper, left-hand corner, please select the three bars and click the “Login” tab. You will be redirected to the Back Office Login page. Enter in your username and password. Please contact Hacked Snack Support if you run into any issues.

What is Hacked Snacks Return Policy? 

Hacked Snacks offers a 100% product refund policy to all Customers and Advocates. Merchandise must be returned to Hacked Snacks in undamaged and unused condition, in its original packaging within 30 days from the date on which the product is delivered. Wholesale Direct orders placed by an Advocate that are returned (within the 14 days from the order delivery date), whole or in part, under the terms of this refund policy will also incur a restocking fee of 15% of the price of the original order, which will be deducted from the refund owed. Shipping charged will not be refunded.

What are the Qualifications to be a Hacked Snacks Advocate?

To become a Hacked Snacks Advocate, each applicant must:
 

  1. Be age of majority in their state of residence;
  2. Reside in the United States or U.S. Territories or countries that Hacked Snacks has officially announced is open for business in its direct selling business model.

What are Hacked Snacks Selling Guidelines? 

  1. Hacked Snacks does not permit Advocates to sell products through marketplaces, such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, and their own independent websites, etc.
  2. Retail Establishments: You may sell Hacked Snack products in small boutique stores and gyms that are owned by the Advocate, as long as they do not sell competing products. More information on where products can be sold is stated in the Hacked Snack Policies and Procedures Section 3.8.
  3. Trade Shows and Other Trade Forums: Hacked Snacks provides a Trade Show Request Form upon request. Advocates may display and/or take orders for Hacked Snacks products inside a Showroom. The following activities are prohibited at a Showroom or surrounding premises: delivering (e.g., cash and carry) Hacked Snacks products to a customer, displaying Hacked Snacks products in a manner that is visible from outside the Showroom; and displaying signage that indicates that Hacked Snacks products is sold or otherwise promoted in the Showroom. Trade Shows are available to Advocates on a first -to-register basis. Multiple Advocates are not allowed at a single Trade Show; provided, however, that, to the extent permitted by the Tradeshow administrator, one or more Advocates may, by mutual agreement, share a single booth at a Trade Show.
